Hotel was clean and the front desk workers were very friendly. My main issue was that the hotel is a little out of date and after attending the Chiefs football game we had to fight Uber traffic picking people up in the hotel parking lot. They were blocking the entrance at times.

Staff who doesn't speak English was rude just said no English and walked away. But I am bilingual therefore I was able to communicate but they should not just walking away they should try to help the guest. Front desk staff especially Lucky was nice and friendly. It was upsetting to see that there was no hot breakfast made due to the fact the cook did not show up. The other staff didn't know what to but put some Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches and a few frozen sandwiches. The floor was wet near the juice machine. There were only bagels and bread and some cereal as other options but I was looking forward to a hot breakfast. It was around 9 when I went to get breakfast and no hot breakfast very disappointing.
