The property it so rundown. There is weeds everywhere. You can’t park in the parking lot. Our key had to keep getting reset. They only clean every other day. I was there 4 days room didn’t get cleaned and wanted it to be. The only redeemable factor is the staff was wonderful. It’s very clear the owners need to spend some money and update. Is right next to the stadiums

Overall, the property is an excellent place to stay, especially if you were going to be walking across to go to the Royals or to the Chiefs game. The front part of the property seems like there was something torn down at some point so it looks kind of rundown, but the interior of the hotel is nice.

Close to the Royals

Very impressed on how nice it was even though older hotel. Nice and close to Kauffman stadium. Was a little bit annoyed with the deposit of $150. Not everyone can afford to have $150 out of their account on top of the pretty high hotel rate. Unfortunately the AC was broken in our room, however the hotel was full so didn't even try and change rooms. Will stay again.

Great location when visiting Kaufman Stadium. AC could have worked better but overall nice place at a good value with very nice staff. Did have a tv issue and a nice man arrived two minutes after I called and had it fixed in another two minutes.
