First time staying. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no issues there. However, there was a terrible smell that went throughout floor 7, room 714 that smells like sulfur or stagnant water. The bathroom sink water flow lacks pressure, and the rug smells, but the beds are comforable. The sister hotel, the Cascade, seemed to better kept and also has a restaurant that has really good service and food.

Fun, quirky hotel just a block off Country Club Plaza. The room was clean and there were amenities like a pool table, ping pong, patio area with a fire pit, and a gymn. I’d stay here again!
