The hidden fees.. have never had to pay $100 security deposit or $20 to park. The room itself was $200. The whole purpose of getting a room close to the attraction was to avoid having to pay downtown parking fees. But to our surprise still had too.Thanks to those fees was not able to do anything else while we were there. Cause the hidden fees took our spending limit. I have stayed at several Hotels and motelsin KC and never paid for parking.

The property was updated, very beautiful and clean. The staff were all very polite. We had the same staff who worked in the bar that waited on us every morning for breakfast very friendly and nice. Check in and check out was very easy. Pulling up to the hotel coming if interstate was concerning but once at the hotel, hotel staff are in the parking lot and it was safe and close to a lot of events and downtown. The hotel itself is very safe. Parking lots is safe and monitored by hotel staff. We had a late event and staff were in the parking lot helping customers park at 12 midnight

Tried to call at least 20 times and no answerat the hotel. Travelocity was helpful trying to get ahold of them to no avail. Was wanting to postpone my visit due to covid event was postponed.
