Sielyn was an awesome desk clerk, very friendly and helpful! Parking wasn't good, was charged $25 per night, lot was full the second night and we had to pay again to park on street. Was told $25 would be refunded but as of now it hasn't been. Also the site said made to order omelets for breakfast and that was not true. Otherwise we enjoyed it. Good location! Slow elevators though!!

This is a beautifully renovated hotel. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative is the $25 per night parking fee but understandable because there is zero off site parking. JD

I booked this property for it's location proximity to T-Mobile Center and it was even more convenient than I thought. From the moment we arrived to check out everything was wonderful and all of the staff were top notch. Will definitely stay here for future travels to that area.

we had requested a two queen room and received a king suite. The pull out bed is great for kids but our son is 6’4”. Also the AC took along time to make the room sleepable. The parking was expensive as a guest

The room was nice and the location was excellent, right next to the T Mobile Center. The only downside was that my room was not ready when I arrived and I was told that I would get a text when it was ready to go, but never did.

Beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've ever experienced at a hotel! Clean room and friendly staff. Location was perfect for a concert at T-Mobile Arena. Overall it was perfect for our needs and will definitely be back!
