The only issue was the parking. It says “Free” but it actually costs $20 for guests to park in the lot. Then, it was full when we arrived so we ended up having to park on the street.

Hopefully this property is going to be updated soon - there were several boxes of toilets in the parking lot, so that’s a good sign. Our room was in the “annex” building so we had to go outside from main hotel and cross a walkway. Our room was right near the annex’s outer door and it opened and closed very loudly. All night long we were woken up when the door opened.

NEEDS TO BE REMOLDED FOR PRICE WE ARE PAYING.

Hotel needs to be remodeled. First room 330 had black mold. Changed to room 201 Wall tile from bathroom falling apart , mold in bathroom ceiling , room smelled moisty , wall by ac unit has big hole. Bes were stained. Breakfast was good.

Remodeling, but still good

This location is undergoing a remodel, so please keep that in mind. While staying here, there was only one elevator in service and our room's bathroom door wouldn't latch. The breakfast was great, the staff was kind, and the location was really convenient for our concert at the T-Mobile Center. I'm sure after the remodel, this will be all 5 stars.
