Second time staying here. I live in Kansas City, and this is definitely my go to from now on when I need to get away for a while by myself. Clean rooms, TV, shower, fridge and coffee maker all in working order. Spectacular view of my beautiful city. Friendly above and beyond staff - you just can't go wrong.

Rust and dirt in bathroom. Toilet squealed a high pitch sound when flushed. Asked for extra blanket, had to call back to ask again. Front desk staff was rude when checking in.

Bed was great, room was large clean, shower was nice, good fitness room, clean, lots to choose from elipicals were very nice, staff at front desk and bar were very nice and helpful

The property was very clean and well run. The rooms were wonderful - clean & up to date. Located within easy reach to great shopping and eateries. But . . . they charge $20 a day for parking, no pool nor free breakfast. At their room rates I expected more "bang for the buck." I guess they appeal to business travelers more than casual or recreational guest like me.
