Telephone AI Bot tells you that there is no airport shuttle at this property. We found out the next day that they do offer a shuttle. We Ubered for $30. Like most hotels these days, you cannot call the hotel directly. The Bots won again!

The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel looked and smelt clean for the entire duration of my stay. Amenities are excellent and the breakfast / restaurant dinner are well-executed options to have without needing to leave. The market stall was nice for this as well. Our favorite was the hot tub, and the entire pool & spa area was impressively well kept. We didn't utilize the business center, fitness center or massage room, but those looked to be in great shape and are great amenities/services to have available, if needed or desired. Even though there was some work being done to a main elevator during our stay, we could tell that it was being thoughtfully repaired to last once completed. Overall, my wife & I had a great experience here, and will certainly consider staying again for future visits to the city.

Close to the airport and allowed early checkin with no issue- there were some renovations going on, but besides having to use a different elevator (no big deal) it didn’t effect our stay. Safe area, clean rooms.

You get what you pay for. Room wasn’t horrible, but carpet was dirty which you could smell and there was a leak from the unit above onto our balcony that was never addressed so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy that amenity, but over decent experience for what we paid

Solid choice for short stay

We were hesitant to try an unfamiliar hotel, however, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was modern and clean. We loved the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downsides: the elevator was broken so there was only one at the far end of the hotel for all guests, and the pool was quite dirty with floating clumps of hair and bandaids.

Left her vehicle here while we were on vacation. The airport shuttle picked us up after a flight and brought us back to sleep before we headed home tomorrow the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and we have always been really pleased to stay here.
