The staff was very nice. It was close to everything. Their pool area needs the rust areas painted and glass replaced. The whirlpool was out of order which was a disappointment. The room was nice but I did find trash in a corner by the bed. It was quite.

Stella is an asset and also Dae they really were helpful and would go the extra mile. I surely enjoyed them. Ashley did really well in restaurant when it was busy works well under stress. Only one cook to make omelets for the Bonvera convention we had at your establishment.

We arrived at the property at 6 pm and were told they had no clean rooms and couldn’t give me an estimate on how long it would be. They asked for a phone number and said they’d call when it was ready. I took my kids and we ate dinner, came back 1 hour later and were told they were still working on it, then was told 5 more minutes, 45 minutes later we finally got a room key, they didn’t check my ID or get my card info. When we checked out I had to do all that. Check in is supposed to be available at 3, so not getting a room till nearly 8 pm is ridiculous. They should have offered a discount or a voucher from the company for a future stay, but offered nothing, just said sorry for the wait.

Negatives: 1) no restaurant or bar/lounge as described. It is actually a separate business, Hereford House. Which is ironic because the employees state that this is the worst Hilton to stay at 2) hot tub super slimy, green, and smelled like fish 3) green mold/mildew/general grossness in pool area. Paint bubbling off of walls. 4) hot and cold water lines in room installed backward (hot is cold and cold is hot) Positives: 1) room was clean and as described 2) HVAC in to worked despite the wall thermostat not being linked up to unit. 3) front desk folks were very nice

I found the manager at check in (Veronica) to be very condescending as we had a discussion over some issues at check in. I was not aware a deposit would be charged. I've travelled the world. Most places I've stayed require a credit card to be on file in the event accessorial charged are.added to the bill. Those charges are then billed at check out. Here, a $25 per night deposit was required at check in. This is not how it's works at other properties I've stayed at. Some of those properties were Hiltons I might add. Her reoly was "This isn't the only property I've managed....and this is how it's always done". My response to travelocity and Hilton is, as stated before, is that this isn't the only place I've stayed. Again, I've travelled the world. And this most certainly is not the way it's always done. She then suggested I join Hilton Hoinors Rewarda program. When I told her I was already a member, she made a back handed remark about how she sees I am a Blue level member....the lowest level of the program. I bit my tongue and inquired about whether or not her records indicated whether or not breakfast came with our booking. She said it didn't. But the package we selected from Travelocity clearly stated the option we selected DID include breakfast. She was irritated or inconvenienced by the fact we'd booked the room through Travelocity instead of Hilton. I said I just wanted what I'd paid for. I had to ask twice for the Cust Service number.
