Only hotel I have stayed where you could not split the bill. Was told I could by another staff member and I could do that at check out. Only to check out to no can’t do that except by manager who was not there??? The back door was open around the clock. When I told the desk staff the reply was yes we know reported it 2-3 days ago and don’t know when it will be fixed. Concerning that anyone could walk in Location was great. Loved the sign in elevator that yes it creaks loudly and has been inspected it acts like Patrick Mahomes in The 4th quarter

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The room looked like all the other Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. Saw the maid staff in the hallway but they never made it to my room. I had the do not disturb sign on the door in the morning but I took it down when I left. So I don’t know what happened there.The breakfast wasn’t bad. Typical of hotel breakfast. All in all, it was a great stay. The area around the hotel seemed a little depressed but wasn’t a problem. I was visiting friends so It didn’t matter to me.

While checking in, I had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes. There was no note or sign stating where the young lady was. Turns out she was in the rest room, that is fine but put a sign out! The room was supposed to be a smoke free room but we could smell smoke! I think this is the last time we choose a Best Western.

If you have a pet, they give you the pet rooms. They collect a pet deposit but it doesn't appear that they clean the pet rooms all that much. The room smelled like pee.

We arrived at 3:10 pm, check in after 3 . Room was not ready. We waited about 15 minutes and they gave us the keys to our room. It was not ready. The manager personally took us to another room which also wasn't ready. He then took us to another room which we stayed in. We got settled in the room about 4 pm. Staff was helpful and polite.

Comfortable beds, friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hallway. Quiet. The refrigerator did not work and the EV charger did not work. We did talk to front desk about EV charger, but they were unable to help at that time.

Stay anywhere but here!

Absolutely horrible! Was given a room that was not ready and was switched to room that looks like Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown stayed the weekend. The air conditioning has a distinct smell that is a cross between dirty feet and goat cheese. There was nothing “Best” about this Best Western… I should have just slept in my car in the parking lot!
