Great staff - very friendly. We have stayed here before and will return. It was very crowded during this visit, so there was a lack of seating during the kick back and several people had to take their food back to their room. Clean property and clean rooms.

There was mold in the cheese and the ice. staff did not take it seriously and failed to remove it after being notified and then dumped the wrong cheese bowl after being told again. They still served it with mold. The ice had mold in it as well and when reported it was laughed off. Still continued to serve drinks with the same ice. The lettuce was brown and bad as well. When biting into the tortillas they had a strong old yeast smell. There were bugs in the bed when we woke up and loud noises all through the hall in late hours of the night well after midnight. The windows were full of hard crusted over liquids and hand prints.

Everything was fine with the room. I love that Drury Inn offers free hot food in the morning and evening. However, we stayed there because our favorite restaurant, Corner Cafe is next door.

With a family of 4, we love all the Drury perks! Breakfast, dinner, and popcorn were all great, and the property was super clean. We had a bit of an issue with the room next to us and the staff handled it immediately. Will definitely add this location to our Kansas City hotel list!
