They have just let the hotel go downhill. We had some kind of bugs crawling in the bathroom sink and I understand it was a Sunday but you’re 24 hour casino and all your restaurants but one was closed. And then that was a sports bar and there was a football game on and they were just letting people sit in the sports bar to watch the game instead of letting other customers come in and get food

Staff was friendly. Check in and out very quick and easy. Rooms very nice and clean. Food was good but disappointed the restaurant near the casino was changed into more of a sports bar with way too many tvs.

No bellman, no room service. I understand they are going through renovations, but not everyone wants to have to go to the smoky casino when you have COPD to get food. There is no buffet & they only seem to have 1 person at the front desk at a time. The ONE good thing is the Valet robot that brings you towels when you need them.
