We had requested a early check in which they said would be fine we arrive 30 minutes before our check in time at 3:00 pm and they said the rooms were not ready. Which was fine but the. 3:00 come around and our rooms are not available yet. We told the front desk lady we were on a time crutch as we had a venue to be at by 3:45. It was not until 4:30 that our rooms were available. She offered refund to our whole group except for anyone who book through Travelocity. The lady had a really poor attitude the whole time and was rude. I will not be staying here again and would like to try to get my money back if possible.

Tried timo check in at 3 when we were told we were allowed too. Was informed rooms weren't ready and we had to wait another hour before we was allowed to check in, just to then be told they couldn't find our reservation. Then was charged another $50 on top if what we already paid on Travelocity. Was a complete joke and they had no idea what was going on
