The property it so rundown. There is weeds everywhere. You can’t park in the parking lot. Our key had to keep getting reset. They only clean every other day. I was there 4 days room didn’t get cleaned and wanted it to be. The only redeemable factor is the staff was wonderful. It’s very clear the owners need to spend some money and update. Is right next to the stadiums

A little worn but clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold options and always kept full during service time. House keeping hit the room each day and was quick and thorough. All in all, a good stay.

Very good option if you’re attending a Royals or Chiefs game, you can see the stadiums from the hotel. Hot breakfast and easy parking always are nice things that I look for in my hotels and they have both.

Check-in was easy and great, location close to the stadium was easy to walk to,, but for me the room was too cold (64 degrees) and was not able to warm it up any, so turned the system off, but to little help..
