We needed heat in the room. There was a small space heater and that helped. I feel that is unsafe. The best thing about this motel is its close proximity to the KC stadium. So easy to walk there and back.

The entire hotel did not have heat. The staff advised it was not cold enough to turn on, even though it was very cold and several complaints. They would not allow to cancel. They were offering tiny space heaters. Service is horrible. Hotel is dirty. The photos are not good representation. Do not stay here. The other reviews have to be fake.

Hotel is great if you're going to a Chiefs or Royals game - possible to walk to the stadiums and leave your car in the hotel lot. Hotel was pretty noisy though. Kids running in the hallways. Pipes make noises when water is on in other rooms. Windows facing the expressway not fully soundproof. So it's OK but not particularly outstanding.

This hotel is good in a pinch, but I wouldnt come back. The rooms are small and dated, as well as noisy since we could hear others all night. The breakfast had a lot of choices, but did give my family stomach issues so we didnt eat there again. There was also a homeless person that came in off the street to help himself to food and no one said anything. Im all for him getting food, but I feel like that should be a seperate arrangenment with the hotel. The hotel needs updates to its elevators, rooms, and amenities for sure. Perfect location if youre going to a KC professional game or need a cheap room in a pinch, but thats about it.

We stayed in room 313. The toliet ran nonstop and there was some noise like pipes in the wall the made noises like every 15 mins. We stayed two night and they came in our room and picked up garbage and gave new towels but didnt fill shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also didnt make the beds.
