The room was clean. The location was good. Walking distance to so many things. We used the valet parking which I thought was nice. We didn’t need a car the 3 days we stayed. We walked to Union Station, the Hallmark Experience, and to T-Mobile. The train is also easy to access and available. We enjoyed the fitness room and the coffee in the morning. Fun place.

The property is interesting and well maintained. The service was poor, with unfriendly and unhelpful staff from front drivers to cafe. Rooms are overpriced and not serviced despite a three day stay. No coffee on the room. I won’t go back

Potential for a 5-star stay, substantially ruined by an extraordinarily rude valet (Kelly) who singled me out for a public scolding when I left my car double parked near front door for parking. As punishment, I was ordered to valet my own car while others watched, and this valet parked cars for white guests. Manager never called, as promised.
