The room we stayed in had bed bugs. There were live bed bugs as well as evidence of bed bugs on the mattresses. A refund was refused and front desk called the cops when I recorded myself explaining the situation.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!

BE WARNED- DISGUSTING PROPERTY & refusing to refund after booking once arriving and seeing how AWFUL it is. There were probably around 10-15 people total outside the building, between the entrance, sitting out on the sidewalk & Wandering around drinking. The hallways were covered in stains from the side entrance that we went through, all the through the building wherever we went inside, including up the steps to the second floor where they tried giving us a replacement room, which wasn’t AS bad as this but still unacceptable. Nothing you see was touched by us. The walls were filthy. The bathroom was dirty. There were stains and holes in the carpet, there we NO pictures on the wall, just holes where they used to be mounted. There were broken crayons and coloring pages in one of the drawers. There was a tissue shoved in the eyehole for the door. This is just a small list of issues that we noticed in the 10 mins we were there. The ONLY thing this hotel had that was nice is the front entrance, which they portray in their photos as a nice hotel. Rather in person the entire thing beyond that is presented as the lowest grade hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of booking. An unforgettable experience, even for the short time we were there looking at the rooms. Especially since I was here with my soon to be wife for our wedding shower. It was a horrific start to our stay. I hope leaving this detailed review will save someone else the TERRIBLE experience we dealt with.

Terrible!

When we checked in our bathroom was filthy: hair on the floor, dried toothpaste in the sink, empty soap wrapper in the tub/shower. The hallway reeked of smoke despite the 'no smoking' signs posted on the door to every room. The whole building was run-down, old, and poorly maintained. We immediately asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

It has gotten bad in the last few months

We couldnt sleep people over us making noise all night. THE BATHROOM SMELLED OF URINE BAD N THE CARPET. IVE ALWAYS STAYED THERE THIS TIME WAS HORRIBLE. TEENAGERS RUNNING THROUGH WALLS PLAYING N LAUNDRY ROOM.
