My guest was treated poorly by the staff when using the laundry room. He was approached in a negative manner for no reason. It was worked out but unacceptable

You get what you pay for if you decide to stay at this place!!! First night… I knew I should have returned to my car and just drive away after pulling up, but fatigue and thunderstorm made me decide to stay. 2nd morning, around 5:15am, awakened by loud shouting and banging by occupants in a nearby room. By 5:55am, hotel security showed up and one of the occupants apparently gathered his things and stormed out. That same evening, from 10pm to about 2 or 3am, constant banging of room doors and yelling or loud talking up and down the long hallway by all sorts. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. If on first floor, you can hear every creek or movement above you. After midnight, could hear food delivery man at a room. Several times I heard someone trying my door knob. I had placed a coffee table up against my door for the 3 nights I was there. Did I mention the large dog barking on and off for over an hour around midnight. I got up on my last morning and quickly gathered my belongings and got the heck up out of there. I’ll now spend the extra $50/$75 more per night to stay at a decent hotel.

Not a hotel. More of a communal living area
Room was not clean, we noticed several police upon arrival and frequently during our limited time in the room. We had the room for two nights, upon returning late Saturday evening our room door was standing open. We didn't leave anything in the room so nothing was taken, windows didn't lock so we secured our own safety. Overall was not what we thought we booked, was more of a communal living type of establishment that rents out rooms for the night.

Terrible place. Only stayed for about 5 minutes. Upon reaching my room and attempting to settle down, I came across a used needle in my room. This was so unsettling. I’m glad from desk was able to sort out my refund. However, this situation made me feel extremely unsafe and uneasy.

If you need a no frills place to lay your head for the night this is it. Its clean enough to sleep and shower in. But you arent going to want to spend anymore time here than necessary. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for the price, so ya get whatcha pay for basically. Not the cleanest or nicest smelling. Closed shade, brought own supplies (pillow/blanket etc) and used some good smelling stuff to make room nicer. Overall worked out well for my trip honestly (I only go in there to sleep basically, rest of time just out and about and it’s in a very good location)

I usually don’t have any problems staying here. Becky is very pleasant and she helps out a lot , Crystal is very rude and there’s another older lady who’s very rude also. And there was one time the cleaning staff did not change my sheets out just made my bed back up I was not happy about that. And the towels could be a lot cleaner with less stains. Otherwise you get what you pay for abd in my opinion it’s a decent place to stay especially for the price.

The entire property smelled like weed. While checking in, the staff was snotty and seemed annoyed. The rooms were ok in cleanliness, but it had an overlook of dingy.

Definitely Not a 7star
I chose this motel due to its star rating, 7.6. We were checked in for roughly 20min and the fire alarm went off, so we left for the day. Came back late after our concert to find sheets that hadn't been changed, a remote that didn't work (had to watch tv at volume and channel it was on, with power button physically on tv) and shower leaks into floor so bad that the baseboards are deteriorating and there is no vent in bathroom AND that smell..whew. Pics made this look like a recently remodeled motel, but they have to be from grand opening in 1990 or something cause this room was the worst I have ever stayed in. Other residents LIVE in this motel, not a few, but MOST of them.

I enjoyed my one night stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and well kept. I appreciated that the area wasn’t too noisy at night which allowed me to sleep through the night. There are close food and coffee options and if you’d rather go to a gas station there’s one just a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again.

When we first pulled up I thought it looks a little dated. But once in the entry it was nice and looked clean. Our room was kinda gross and the bathroom needed a really deep cleaning. The shower had little to no water pressure. We never got clean towel’s except for what was first left for us. The wall next to the window had been wet/ water damaged it was soft and bubbled. I don’t think we will be back. Also they don’t serve breakfast only a small coffee bar.

This place is dirty, the carpets are disgusting, the tv didn’t work, walls are paper thin, heard the couple next door being very intimate until 6 in the morning. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else
