The only thing I didnt like is when using Travelocity is the extra money I have to out on my C.C. for the incidental fee. This should be paid when booking room plus having to wait for it to be added back into the card a week later.

Very nice place and staff
Very clean hotel. Friendly staff that I interacted with. Breakfast was hot and very good. I am set to return here when I come back to the St. Louis area. I had car trouble the last day and their driver took me to the auto store to pick up parts needed for repair. I would have been stuck without that hospitality. I do appreciated it.

Super nice staff and great shuttle service
Did a park and fly here. Not the newest, nicest hotel, but did fine for a one night stay and ALL the staff was extremely helpful. The park and shuttle process was very smooth. Would stay again.

Although it seemed they were doing some renovations the property was very clean. Beautiful view to enjoy. Patio with tables set to relax. The location was quiet. I enjoyed the water fountains. Staff was very friendly and polite.

It is understaffed. The female working the front desk was very friendly. She was the only person at the front desk I saw Monday thru Wednesday The rooms need updating. The paint was peeling on the shower ceiling. The bathtub was worn . The bathroom sink had a crack in it. The carpeting was dirty. I had higher expectations.

Hotel is in need of updating and repair. Bedding was clean but room overall was a bit of a disappointment. While the desk staff person was capable, she was the only person ever there managing all check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and getting ice for people (all of the ice machines were broken).
