Check in was awesome but the woman who was working on Saturday November 15 when I was trying to figure out why the deposit posted instead of being released is rude and cursed at me , when I asked her when the gm would be available or their name she said Patel that’s all she could give me (Patel is a last name not a 1st ) when I asked her she told me I was doing to much and it none my damn business what my name was and hung up on me

There were cockroaches.I saw a big one and 2 small ones in my room. Needs to be exterminated. The room was dirty. Needs to be cleaned and painted.

Refrigerator made noise all night and only got a few hours of sleep. Hand towel had hairs stuck to it and was old and thin. Saw a possible roach on the bed. Water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. Pillows weren't very comfortable. There was no breakfast, only coffee

Staff charged my card extra Room had broken furniture Requested clean towels as the ones we had were dirty stained Requested a blanket and was told they didn’t have any. They gave me one which had multiple cigarette burn holes ? ? The smell of food in the elevator . This was not a pleasant stay

Room had cockroaches the hotel lobby and room smelled horrible there were several questionable people roaming the halls all hours of the night. The stairwell reeked of Marijuana. Might be a good place to run an only fans or a drug business but definitely not somewhere to take your family. Not worth the monry spent

Two staffs in the reception was fine. At the checkout time the staff was too much rude. Because, they took a $50 security deposit from me at check in time. Whenever I asked when i will get back at the checkout time, she told me they will charge something from it as I checked out at 11:15am. I was 15 minutes late so they might charge it. Although, I call them afternoon again to them and talk with another staff and they told me I will get my full refund and I got it.

The TV didn't work without a service person coming, some 20 minute after making them aware of an issue, to reconnect it. The telephone never worked and was told it would not until next day. The room itself appeared clean, however, I didn't feel clean. The picture on web set is a far cry from actual. The whole facility reminded me of a half way house. I will not be back. And to top it off I was over charge which I have already disputed with the card company.
