Checked in hotel had my paperwork wrong for credit card form for incidentals asked for late check out and a hotel worker just walked into my room while i was completely naked geting out of the shower

Check in was smooth and liked the cookie. The TV was a real problem and until I departed it wasn't working properly. Staff tried to rectify, they should have given me a new room or TV but didn't. Multiple problems with the key card. Staff acme to change the battery and problem solved. For just a two day stay had multiple calls to front desk to fix problems.

We had an amazing stay last night. My husband and I were here for a concert and it was so easy to check in, the room was great and clean, fully stocked, and the bed is sooooo comfy!!! The staff are very nice and we got checked in and out in a timely manner.

The hotel is a bit dated. The air conditioner is an older unit in the room and very loud. It would stop and start in the night waking me up. Also the lights in the halls and near the elevator are not very bright - it is very dim- not very safe!

the carpets are dirty, the bed had some kind of stain on the sheets, and the window looking out was filthy on the outside. The staff was great, but need to work on the little details to make it cleaner and more sanitary.
