I love this location and have stayed here several times with my family over the years in the past. This visit, unfortunately was on of my worse experiences ever. The toilet continued to clog, the water pressure was very weak, the water would not get hot for showers and I had to wait outside for 30 minutes when I arrived late to check in.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was excellent! The rooms were very clean and fresh. I haven't been in a hotel in along while where the bathroom mirrors and glass shower doors were clean! Even the shower tiles, grout, basin, and corners were clean! I didn't have to clorox the entire bathroom! The grounds were good. I really enjoyed sittring around the firepit. Younhave to ask for it to be lit. My lady adulting birthday weekend was fantastic!

Room was nice,clean. And had a balcony. We enjoyed opening the balcony door and using the screen door for fresh air, however it was just a preference to do so not at all a necessary as the room had no negative odor or that dampness we all dread from other hotel stays elsewhere . Had wall mounted thermostat and all in all a great nights stay!

Don't believe every room listing for mobility need

The room I booked is listed as mobility accessible with a King and pullout sofa. This room type is exactly what I needed as there were 3 travelers one being a full-time wheelchair user. Upon arrival we learned that this room does not exist on this property. There was not a single mobility accessible room to sleep 3. It's pretty difficult to pay this much money and not have the accessibility we need.

Everything was good, but we were told this was a handicap accessible room and it was not. The front desk, clerk Eve even made the other employee go upstairs and take a picture to see if that was a handicap accessible room, but it was not
