We felt unsafe. The guy said that roaches are normal in the hotel room.

All guests exited after midnight when cops and firemen arrived, room condition was poor, a/c inadequate, holes in lousy towels, cheap shower curtain from walmart, peeling paint in bath, drawers mismatched & did not close, bad odor, no hangars, obviously poorly run with bad ownership/management. My worst hotel stay ever.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice, quiet location, and even in walking location of several superior dining establishments in Westport Plaza. Amenities restricted due to COVID safety rules at time of our visit (not fault of management!) Main issue is age of establishment, with bathroom in particular need of refurbishment/deep-cleaning . 2nd room occupied by other members of our party in somewhat better condition, so your mileage may vary!

The room was not cleaned. It was nasty and filthy with stains, blood stains, and bugs! There was absolutely zero way we could stay in this room!
