We got to our room and it was dirty, with a toilet that did not work. So they switched us rooms and when we got there, there was food on the ground, just really dirty, and then we found blood and makeup all over the sheets and pillows.

Not a great experience. Room was clean, bed comfortable but water barely warm. It advertised a bar/lounge and some advertising showed food available. There is a bar but not operating due inability to keep a bar tender according to front desk clerk. Breakfast started at 7. By 9 no coffee, silverware, napkins, or waffle mix. Front desk responded but nobody monitoring or cleaning tables between guests.

Front desk check in-young woman not friendly. Room was a good location. Smelled like food when we opened the door. Entry floor sticky. Bathroom needs a good scrub down, including the toothpaste splattered on the wall. Shower base have grime buildup and mild. Wallpaper coming loose. Mattress and pillows at Wyndham Garden are more comfortable.

This is a nice newer hotel with elegant design features like tall ceilings and curved glass shower doors. Everything worked as it should. The coffee was good and ready early. Breakfast was varied, something for everyone. Plenty of orange juice and apple juice. Even fresh apples and bananas you could take for later.

The only reason I can't give five stars is because the shower had issues with the shower head and curtain. Everything else was great and I have already scheduled my next stay, I'll just make sure I ask for a different room if they try to give me the same one again.
