The hotel is lovely. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately there was a loud noise in and around my hotel room. It sounded like a faulty air conditioner unit. For the cost of the night we felt that $30 a night parking was way too much and it was a bit complicated to find and navigate. We thought it was closed when arriving because the gate was closed. We also missed the exit because the door there was closed too. Maybe that is normal for a city? No breakfast was offered for the cost of the room and we didn't see complementary coffee. Maybe we missed it? The hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. The main issue was that there were teenagers running the halls until about 11:30pm
