The staff was so nice and courteous. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Complimentary Hot drinks are offered at the front desk area. We enjoyed our spacious accommodations. Sonesta is located in an upscale area of Chesterfield.

We stayed at this exact location in 2018 and it was excellent. The room layout/kitchen really works well for my family. Unfortunately, the unit needed a major deep clean: stained curtains, sofa, carpet and walls. The carpet on the stairs up to the loft had visible dirt/debris and needed a vacuum. The bedroom windows do not lock which makes this mom of small kids nervous. The complimentary breakfast buffet was nice though.

Nice set-up for family

Loved the set-up of the room. King bed upstairs with bathroom, and downstairs 2 double beds with bathroom, living room area and kitchen. But it was open, meaning we could look over the balcony from the headboard and see everything going on downstairs. No doors, other to bathrooms. TVs in front of beds. It wasn't the cleanest....that was the minus.

Super nice accommodations. Everything was roomy, clean, updated, and working well. The man at check in was very friendly. Parking was close to our room. Stairs were treated for ice. Excellent price for a weekend night in this area. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Chesterfield.

Didn't use the kitchen, or the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. Bed was comfortable, lots of closet and drawer space. The shower controls were faulty, but be contacted the front desk and they got it fixed. The water pressure from the sink was minimal
