Made reservations with “pet friendly” hotel. Get to check in and clerk informed me of a $100 non refundable fee for having a pet. Didn’t see that anywhere on site. Clerk said it was for “extra” cleaning. Room could have used it before we got there.

The service was ok and the property is located in a very good location with highway access. The rooms could use some updating and minor maintenance repairs. The carpet had a long cut from a section that had been repaired and it didn’t look very presentable.

Still one of my favorite spots, however rooms needed to be updated, several bulbs were out, paint on outside door was peeling bad,some guest had other guest visiting having parties in the parking lots, leaving customers with little to no parking. Breakfast can do with few up grades too.

Spacious but not great
The room was spacious enough and we liked the setup, but some of the lamps, doors, etc needed repaired. This seems to be a hotel that people stay in long term opposed to just a night or two. They required a deposit rather than just an incidentals hold with a credit card. The parking lot felt a little sketchy after it got dark, with random people hanging out and hardly any available parking spaces.

Terrible stay all around. As a family of 6 we had to move rooms multiple times at the end of a very long day because A/C had broken and then the next room smelled terrible due to smoking - finally got an acceptable room the 3rd time. Wasn’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Will never stay here again.

Rooms and property were poorly kept up. Carpet, couches and bed frame had multiple stains. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. Dishes clean but still in the dishwasher. Strange. Breakfast was pathetic - nothing was stocked as the sign promised. Coffee was cold. They were out of hot water.

Work out facilities only had 1 piece of working equipment, then no pancakes and no jelly at breakfast which was scarce. The room was fine but we needed linens for the coach and they gave us a sheet and a mattress cover so we had to make another trip to the front desk to get what was needed. No one went out of their way to help us or make our stay good.

Very disappointed. First they took my drivers license & credit card and made photo copies of something. Upon arriving in the room, fireplace was boarded up, repaired rips were in the sofa, crayon markings on the wall & I didn’t even go into the kitchen.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite with the loft and it worked perfectly for our family of three. We each got our own bed and it was really nice to have two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining area. We loved all the space! The only complaint is that in the pictures, there was supposed to be a set of double doors for the downstairs bedroom, but there were no doors in our unit, so when you open the main door, you can see the two beds. And when somebody else is in the living room or in the kitchen, they will disturb the people sleeping in the downstairs bedroom.
