Only stayed there one night. The hotel smelled like (I'm not sure) maybe my grandmothers house but in a bad way lol. The outside trash can was so full you couldn't put one single thing in it. It just seemed like the employees didn't care.

I was disappointed with the hotel; too expensive for what it was. For their defense though, they are remodeling but still. Rooms are outdated and not appealing. The hallways have terrible brown carpet. Twice I had to wait at the front desk for someone to help me as the staff was smoking outside. The breakfast was decent and had a good selection.

Disappointed

My husband and I have stayed here MANY times and love it for its location and convenience for us. But they're letting it get 'run down'. I made the reservation in November yet got a room at the very end of the hall on the 2nd floor even though I called and requested one in the first floor and with close access to the exit because we'd have our dog, as usual. I asked for another room but was told there were no more keftvwith two beds. There were NO outlets for our phone chargers by the bed, the room door didn't shut on its own which we weren't used to so it was ajar many times, the faucet fixtures are horrible and need replacing, phone front desk button didn't work, HORRIBLE WiFi service--in fact from our room it was so bad it wouldn't refresh any page on the internet. We are really going to have to rethink staying here from now on :(

Good for the money

This hotel could use some TLC and updating, but it's still clean and the staff is VERY friendly! The locks on the doors need maintenance and probably updating, bathroom fixtures--same thing. The doors from surrounding rooms slammed loudly constantly when cleaning people when in and out which was frustrating. Again, some updates are sorely needed. But there is a fridge and microwave...and we needed those. Could use a few more channels on the TV...Destination America for one! Breakfast was good But no cookies were ever out while we were there, so that was disappointing.

Mini vacay

We enjoyed the clean room, pool, and breakfast. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly especially with our arrangements before arrival. About 20-30 minutes from any attractions we wanted to visit, but we enjoyed being away from the main hustle and bustle.

very nice hotel!

We stayed for our annual christmas shopping trip.  The hotel was right in the middle of everything.  We didnt have to drive very far for food, or shopping.  Staff was very friendly.  Indoor pool and hottub open late as well.  That is very nice!!!!
