"Breakfast was not included in the already high price of the room. If youregoing to hace to pay for breakfast, then just go to a restaurant near by. The valet guy was great, the check in girl was super friendly. The evening front desk clerk was very rude and dismissive, didn't even look up when asked if the bar served food? Our bathroom had the used towels from the previous guest and the beds were very uncomfortable. We sank into the middle when we laid down. Will not be staying there again."

"Front staff desk was friendly. Pool is gross, not enough seating and always out of towels. Evening guest reception was odd but a nice gesture. Bartender very friendly. Breakfast selection was great! Employee at breakfast buffet scolded us for taking a long time (we did not take long, we were getting plates for 2 adults+3 kids). Valet took an hour to get our car - we used the text system and the valet desk said they didn't even have our car in the queue when we asked how much longer. He put us up next, but what the heck? Room size was excellent. "

"FIrst off, call before you book! To: 1) Confirm all three of their elevators are actually working. During the trip, one was out of order the entire time. The second one, intermittenly down. The wait was consistently 15-20min. 2) Ask if they have ongoing events. The Masons event went into the weekend, followed by another that they failed to mention when we asked. The staff, depending on who you interacted with, was night and day. Either curt with you - the fromt desk - or actually kind and hospitable - very few people. The positive things, well, they were dwarfed by the disappointment. The last morning, we called at 7:30am and asked for a later checkout. Response: You can do 12pm. Then she abruptly ended the call. At 11am, a knock at the door saying it was checkout time. 11:30am, same thing. 11:45, another knock. Not soon after, a phone call from the front desk - the same rude staff member - stating "checkout was at 11am, you should have left already." When we tried to explain we talked to her earlier this morning, she said "there's no record of that here, so it wasn't approved." Then, another abrupt end to the call. Look elsewhere if you're hoping for a great experience. "
