"This hotel is so beautiful and clean (except for the exterior of the windows, which I couldn't help but notice). I loved our room (a king suite overlooking a tree-lined street). The breakfast buffet always had hot food and replenished the offerings often (not like some places where they let the food sit around). The only downside from a building/location is that there isn't a true drop-off / turn around section in front of the hotel -- there just isn't room given the historic nature of the building / area. Unloading happened at street level with parking on the street itself. We couldn't see the Arch from the hotel so that was a little disappointing, but that's okay. My biggest takeaway from our experience was that the staff was OUTSTANDING. Every, single person that we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about their positive attitude. In fact, every single person that we encountered during our week's stay in St. Louis was very nice, polite, and happy. I definitely recommend.......(and oh.....the showers were nice and hot and steady water pressure, which is always a bonus!). Go."
