Great room, Service fair

Hotel was 50/50. Service was just ok. Front desk agent was rude. Parking in parking garage was terrible and expensive. Only 1 working elevator. Note: Park in the garage across the street. Room was great and beds were very comfortable. The layout of the room was perfect for our family. Close to restaurants and shopping was perfect.

Two of the four available elevators were inoperable during my stay. This dramatically increased the wait times for movement between floors which was very inconvenient; particularly for those guests trying to squeeze in as much fun as possible during a weekend visit. Hilton needs to do better with its infrastructure maintenance.

Great Hotel

We had a great stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The location is fantastic—right near the Plaza area, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. It’s a great spot whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and offering helpful suggestions about the area. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
