Staff was great. Indoor pool was cold as the water moves inside and outside. I did report a stain on the carpet when we first made it to the room as we walked in. Parking at the hotel has a fee. Breakfast at the hotel has a fee. So all in all staying on the plaza was nice but felt it could have been nicer for the price. Felt like there were lots of fees.

Well for one the light above the shower fell out while my husband was in the shower and hit him in the head. That could of been deadly. Then we moved rooms and there was not heat nor did the room phone work. Moved to another one and final at 12 at night was able to get settled in. Went to breakfast the next morning the milk was curtled. None of the cold food was on ice or anything just on the counter. Also back to the beginning the elevator from the parking garage was not working so you had to walk to the front on the building to get in. The manager working at one point asked if he could take care of his employee and get them their room. They were staying the night cause of a snow storm. Then we he was checking out our last room of the night to make sure the heat worked he said sorry it took so long had to work on close out things for the night. While we sat in a cold room for 30 to 40 minutes. My husband and i were not happy at all. It was not a very enjoyable experience and birthday for my husband due to the hotel and its staff. If i could 0 i would.

Asked for handicap accessible room, and got unpacked and found no grab bar in bathroom for my disabled Dad. valet couldu find my car/keys, first brought me someone else’s car, asked front desk staff for assist getting car, but they were chatting it up with another employee and then answered rudely when I asked her to help the valet who was stuck behind the parking garage arm….. it was a Cluster! And it was 6 am, so not like they were busy. We were in a hurry to get across town for my Dad’s surgery, ended up being late…I hate using Valet, but parking garage elevator broke, so they recommend valet….

It was ok. They are overpriced. I usually book another brand, but due to last minute. Would be nice if the coffee maker worked. We grabbed scalding hot lobby coffee and went to breakfast elsewhere. I think it was going to be $22 per person. I can find better for the same or less elsewhere.
