Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I like that it’s 24 hour shuttle transportation to the airport, has a microwave oven in the room. The hot tub was working and so was indoor pool. Everything looked very clean.

Super cool hotel!

Truly outstanding facility. Bed was super comfortable and the place was fully booked yet quiet as a church mouse. Breakfast was great and plentiful despite all the rooms full.

Stayed in the suite. Room was clean. A little outdated & worn but nice. Bathroom door was hard to shut & the hot tub jets weren't really working but staff was very friendly & the italian food was really good.

Was frustrated when we called for airport pickup. No answer and "voicemail" not set up. Call desk. She wouldn't advise driver. Just said "call again". TV didn't work. Staff couldn't fix. No offer of discount just "oh well, I wasn't here last night". We stayed 8 days before this and because of water problems by hotel got different room then we paid for. No refund of difference. Not sure we will try hotel again

Left a lot to be desired. Had to switch rooms because the first one smelled. Second one better but still heavily deodorized as if to mask a smell. Wifi was very weak, toilet seat loose, microwave not plugged in and plug inaccessible
