Telephone AI Bot tells you that there is no airport shuttle at this property. We found out the next day that they do offer a shuttle. We Ubered for $30. Like most hotels these days, you cannot call the hotel directly. The Bots won again!

Good place for travelers to airport

Check in was a breeze. I was greeted in a friendly manner and everything was explained thoroughly. I appreciate the lighted parking and shuttle service to the airport. The only issue I had was that the room had an odd smell, not bad but not pleasing, either. I was only at the hotel for a few hours of sleep before catching a very early morning flight. The shuttle service was phenomenal.

Upon check in, Mr C said I choose garden area on first floor, told him I would never choose 1st floor for safety purposes, but he would not upgrade and give us a room that was not on the 1st floor. It was obvious the hotel was not at full capacity. The grout in the bathroom was disgusting, BLACK (filthy) in main area and light grey in non-traffic area. TV remote & light switches were dirty with finger prints and dirt all over them. Cleaned them myself with lysol with dirt left on wipes. The breakfast selection was awful! Eggs and potatoes EVERY SINGLE DAY! (4 days straight) I asked if they ever changed it up, like biscuits and gravy, pancakes and they the girl said "well, no, always the same". No happy hour and no enthusiastic staff. The gym had nice equipment, but the lights were on a timer and shut off while I was in there working out. The ice machines were inconvenient, not on every floor. Only on 3 different floors. With a few changes/upgrades it could be a nicer place.

This hotel is really lucky to have such a great employee CONNOR as the first point of contact. He was so friendly, efficient, and professional to each and every guest. Beds are comfy, room and hotel clean. The only drawback is the hotel uses way too much air freshener in the common areas, hallways, and rooms. I had to open my window for a good hour to clear it out and that still didn’t get rid of all of it. Overall, I’d stay here again.
