Telephone AI Bot tells you that there is no airport shuttle at this property. We found out the next day that they do offer a shuttle. We Ubered for $30. Like most hotels these days, you cannot call the hotel directly. The Bots won again!

Ive stayed here a couple of times ,my son and i come for his baseball tournaments and it never disappoints ! Friendly staff optional breakfast items a restaurant inside with a cash / credit card bar . Lots of optional drinks and snacks to purchase . Lov3 the balconys and the courtyard is beautiful

The airport shuttle was there very quick, and the driver was nice. Because I arrived close to midnight, the car rental counter was closed, but the shuttle driver took me over there the next day (the rental counter isn't at the airport). I thought that was very nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good.

Hotel was nice, beds comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complain we had was that the room smelled horrible. The smell came from AC unit. Pillows were very bulky and hard.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was so polite and helpful. There were staff 24/7. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was an overwhelming smell of cleaners in the main lobby area, which in theory may be a good thing, but it was way too overpowering. And completely opposite of the lobby, our room itself smelled like wet dog. The carpet was sticky and dirty throughout. The linens and bathroom were perfectly fine though. Some other positives, the breakfast was very good. Good choices. Another negative, even though I know it was for safety of guests is the gated parking lot. Just seemed overkill, and a problem if you didn’t have your key when leaving
