The staff was very cordial and kind. Check ing in and out was efficient. The room had a beautiful angular ceiling and prettiest sink. The beds were clean and comfy tv worked it was very quiet and I wish we could have stayed here for our entire spring break. Will definitely be returning in the future.

This place is described as more than scetchy. Not a good place for the family just because it has a good price. The staff is just fine but the condition of the property is not good. Smoking and marijuana reek the halls even though there are strict rules against these things. The staff seem hesitant to provide enough towels and bathroom supplies for four people. We stayed two nights and will never stay again. Sorry Quality Inn. The room and facilities were in terrible shape.

I have been staying at this hotel off and on for a year due to traveling for work. The staff has been consistently the same friendly faces. I also know that they had construction going on over the past few months so I see there are a lot of reviews that seemed unfair to me. The outside is just recently done it looks very nice. I'm not a huge breakfast person but there was options for breakfast each time I was there. Me personally I just wanted some apple juice or coffee. If I find myself in a pinch in Independence Missouri I know the place I will be staying is at quality inn & suites on Noland road. Thank you so much for accommodating all my needs

Conveniently located right off the highway. Plenty of food establishments by this hotel. The microwave looks like it needs to be replaced. The toilet would run all night if didn't wiggle the handle. The vent was operated when you turn on the light switch in the bathroom and it had a loud rattle noise. The shower didnt have a plastic liner behind the cloth curtain part so water leaked on the floor. Took a long time to get hot water for the shower and it was barely hot with the knob turned to all hot.
