"The Hilton Hotel Phillips was great for a girls' trip to KC , and I picked it based on value , ratings and the beautiful Art Deco designs that make it "one of a kind". We arrived a few hours early, and thought we would just store our bags, however the front desk person checked us right in ! Built in 1931, the hotel has kept the beautiful walnut paneling, bronze metalwork, beautiful staircases and an 11-ft. Art Deco "Goddess" sculpture that looks down on the comfortable and large lobby. Our room was great, very large and had a partial divider between the beds that was great for singles sharing a room. It's like we each had our own area, with nice brass lamps and very comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom, too. Room service was prompt when we called."
