Love how convenient this hotel is. Super close to the train station and the Tacoma Dome. It's also been recently renovated so everything feels good and looks nice overall. Buffet breakfast is nice with some different options. Only complaints is because the train station is close it can be noisy. Also in the room we stayed in the windows weren't sealed properly and there was a bit of a draft coming through the room.

I only stayed a night to attend a concert on the dome. $25 early check in fee. Felt safe. Elevator is so slow though. I've been to many hotels, but this has the longest i had to wait for an elevator. Only one side was working when I was there. Thermostat didn't work at first, had to keep pushing buttons for it to turn on. Looks old so must be that. Room is cozy, big tv. Love that it has microwave. Love all the mirrors! Walls are so thin though. Can hear neighbors talking. Breakfast included and had just enough choices. Overall, perfectly fine for a concert accommodation.

The hotel was great, you cannot beat the location if you're going to an event at the Tacomadome. It's close to Alfred's Cafe, best breakfast I've had in my life. The downside : There is a methodone clinic literally across the street from the hotel so you see drug addicts roaming the streets yelling at invisible people and breaking into cars. I'd still stay here, but don't park your car on the street.

Had a great stay. Was really close to Tacoma dome which was great after being out Al night at a concert there. Didn’t like that hotel didn’t have stairs and elevator took forever .

It would have been helpful if there was clear signage about where to park due to the repaving and parking lot closure. The back parking lot seemed sketchy due to the many folks around the property doing heavy drugs and sleeping in vehicles. My room lacked a number by the door causing confusion. The hallway noise was loud as if my door were open which was unsettling. The flood light 10 feet from my window was directed to my room. The window shade was effective except for the bottom part which allowed a stream of light all night. Otherwise it was fine.
