I would not likely stay here again. This hotel is not a 3-star hotel. The check-in was strange. The person checking me in gave very little information that one needs when checking in, specifically about parking. This hotel is in a not-so-safe neighborhood. I travel for business & was told by staff that their parking areas, including the gated underground lot, is not safe as they have a problem with car break-ins. Therefore I had to unload my car, which was full of product for a trade show, and take numerous trips with heavy boxes up to my room late at night. The luggage cart was old & had flat tires.Then reload to leave the next day for set-up at the show. The front desk often didn't have anyone attending it. Therefore anyone off the street could walk in unnoticed & go anywhere in the hotel, including up the elevator or stairs to guest rooms, making no safer than a motel. The hallways have numerous missing baseboards & large sections of peeling wall paper. The carpet in the room had buckling sections at the threshold joining the room and bathroom. It had multiple stains on it throughout the room. The room had a strange odor, so I left the window open to avoid smelling it, which was less than ideal as it is winter & very cold. The bed was hard & not comfortable at all. It also had a sheet, thin blanket & coverlet, which was as thin as a sheet. I wish I had a comforter to keep warm. There were some nice employees. breakfast was decent. Coffee was horrible, with grounds

Staff was not friendly. Poor customer service. Elevators in poor condition. Hotel might as well be a self check in. It was clear staff was over worked and not enough workers. Parking horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Great location for Tacoma Dome events. The room was clean and staff very friendly. The bathroom only had warm water which was odd but not a deal breaker. I would stay there again.

I did not get to stay at the hotel even though I paid in advance, my credit card did not work and I was $5 shirt on the deposit. The manager did not want to wait 10 minutes for my funds to be reloaded into my card and told me to leave. He was very rude with no help and when I left, 10 minutes later my funds were in the card but the damage was already done.

It was a little dirty at the top of elevator but rooms were clean I liked the glass elevator and breakfast was good

Charged much larger amount than my reservation. Stated at checkin they could not do anything. Said to deal with price difference at check out. Charged me $500. When I objected and showed my reservation said she would reimburse me and charge the travelocity amount. We we see.

The hotel and parking here is great. Room was clean and very nice and close to Tacoma Dome. Only real problem was check in. Stood in line for about an hour. Found out the next day there was some sort of computer program change that slowed everything down. Really made a mess of things. We did get water brought to us and snacks while waiting tho. The room was great and so was the Elton John show.
