Unfortunately, when we checked in at 6 PM, our room is still not ready because they allowed people to check out so late. The staff was very friendly and handled it professionally however we were very disappointed because it made us late for our event that night and we ended up even having to change our room type just to get our stuff in a room. Since we were gonna be arriving back to the hotel, so late at night.

Everyone was so kind and professional. They all helped me navigate the area very well. All the staff were hands on and very friendly. My only concern would be when I first got into my room, the conjoining door was unlocked on my side. I would’ve felt more comfortable if it was locked upon my entry.
