I booked this hotel after a 1 week cruise because of the location and because it said the had laundry on site. They do not. I had to Uber 4 miles away.

Thank you for your review. We are working on our listing to eliminate the laundry listing. We do have a service which we are able to send out laundry.

Vert outdated. No hot water when we checked in, late in the evening it returned. Elevator and hallways small and tight. Just makes you wonder if any thing you go to use will work.

This is run down the amenities are close-down pool and hot tub no waters in the room and the heater air conditioner smells
