Meh. That's how I would describe this stay. It was OK. It was DEFINITELY not worth what we paid for it. Bathroom furniture is beat up. Half the bulbs in the room were burnt out, even after you discover there's basically no switches anywhere. Front desk couldn't accomplish something as basic as lending us an HDMI cable and told us to come down and buy one instead, but when we went down it turns out they don't carry that. Room AC is effective but loud and basically shoots right at you all night. Parking is valet only and at $63 USD for anything more than 6 hours a total gouge. Was assured by front desk this is the going rate but a very short walk revealed many alternatives. Best feature of the hotel: smart elevators...

This was our first stay at a Crowne Plaza. We chose it for the proximity to everything we wanted to do- plus free breakfast. The room was large and pretty nice. We went for the free breakfast on the first day to find it was actually $23 per person. Since we booked through Expedia, we did not qualify for the free breakfast. On the third day we needed new towels. Upon our return I noticed the hand towel I had been using that was on the towel rack, was now rolled up in the vanity like a clean towel. I know it was the towel as I had transferred lipstick on it by mistake the day before. The morning we checked out, I approached the desk to turn in our keys. I was not greeted only stared at by the front desk associate. I stated we were checking out and he motioned for me to put the keys in a pile with the others. Did not thank us for staying at their property, just stared at me. Even still, we had a great time in Seattle!
