They say no AC but what they mean is the heater is running and you can’t control it. It was 55° outside and 80° in the room. We opened windows and after 45 minutes nothing had changed. We had to leave and get another room

Was not informed the property was underconsruction or if the front door was unsafe and rope off.No on site parking. Had to walk up a very steep hill after a 2 block walk after finding parking. Very old room with full size beds not queens. Bath was old eith a very narrow layout.The pictures from their site are not updated. Alot of noise from hospital next door.

It’s an older property inside the city. Very nice neighborhood located close to multiple hospital locations. Rooms are updated. The bed is comfortable. Provide fans since there is no air conditioning option in the room.

It’s definitely a bit on the older side as a hotel BUT it’s cheap and super convenient. Perfect for a quick stay where you spend a lot of time away in the city

Super convenient for visiting someone at Virginia Mason Hospital. The Rho cafe is a great little place in the lobby, with a modest but delicious food selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was under construction so entry was only by side door, however that was no the issue, the issue was that the lighting in the room was by lamps which left the room dark and dingy and there was no appropriate fans, fans were cheap plastic portable ones which were noisy.

We don't go on vaccination to stay in the hotel so this place was perfect. The Inn is close to everything we needed or wanted to do. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. We loved waking up and having a conviniet yummy breakfast with mimosas too!

Staff were great. The room was outdated but it was ok for one night stay. No AC made it a little warmer than I would like but they do have two box fans that if you put in the window bring in some cool air. My biggest complaint would have to be the parking. Absolutely none available but if you are using Uber then no problem. Overall it was a cute hotel with friendly staff. Great bartender.

The location of the hotel was near attractions but the condition of it did not look like the photos provided. Staff were helpful and respectful. I found it inconvenient that closest parking was down a hill. Their seemed to be a lack of a secure space due to anyone being able to enter through the side of the hotel freely. The front entrance was gated off.

When we arrived at night, the front of the hotel was completely closed off and fenced, making it very difficult to find the entrance. We eventually had to go through the hospital emergency area just to get inside. Once there, the vending machines were out of order and not even water was available, so we had to order Uber Eats. The room itself was uncomfortable—the temperature was terrible, the bathroom door didn’t close, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
