Nice place, expected more for price

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Overall, not a bad experience but for the price, the rooms were quite small. The service in the restaurant was slow at times but staff was very apologetic and nice about it.

Minor things really. The furnace was very loud but did do a good job of keeping the room at temp. I wish there was an indoor pool or at last hot tub for winter. The outdoor pool looked beautiful but was closed off season.

Hidden fees, no snow removal, and a nasty wall.

This hotel looks good initially. However, the wall next to my bed was covered in very nasty streaks of some kind of "liquid" dripping from the mirror to the floor. I've never seen anything like it. It was disgusting. Additionally, this hotel charges a $21 "resort" fee per night. I don't recall seeing this when I made my reservations however, this resort fee doesn't seem to have any known benefit. For example, not only was the room wall nasty, but it snowed a lot the days prior to my arrival and while I was there. They made no effort to clear any of the snow, and that includes the walk ways. The parking lot was a disaster as well. I was very angry about this so called "resort fee" which had absolutely no known benefits for us. To me this fee was a sneaky hidden fee to rip off customers.
