It was the perfect spot to stay to attend an event at the Spokane Arena. The place was clean, convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very easy walk to the arena.

I was told when I checked in there was a mandatory parking fee of $15. I had no choice than to pay it. However they charge $50 and refund the balance. I was charged $38.19. When I called to inquire there are taxes on it as well. Then gentleman I spoke to was irritated that I inquired about the fees charged to my card. I also asked for a receipt at checkout emailed to me. It was never emailed. He did offer to send me a receipt and I was grateful and said yes. I have yet to receive that receipt as well. I didnt like the long lines at check in. Bar service was terrible. Wont stay here again.
