Staff was rude. Air conditioner/heater in room was super loud and annoying, had to ask for towels/blanket/sheet multiple times before receiving. The towels at one point were “all in the dryer” while I watched someone else with a handful heading to their room.

Staff was very courteous. However, our room wasn't ready on time and we couldn't change or freshen up before our scheduled event that evening. The room was dirty. Hair all over in the shower, dirty bathroom floor and handprints all over the mirror above the bed. Pretty gross
