Nice employees. The property just felt a little rundown. Rooms were clean but bathroom fan and hot water didn't work properly. It was okay for what we needed which was a one-night place to sleep for not a lot of money.

Walked in found pubic hair in the shower and pee on the toilet went to front desk.They would not refund me.They kept my money and I went somewhere else to stay.Also, it says free breakfast, it is not free breakfast.It's one breakfast per room. So if you're two adults in the room only one adult gets the free breakfast Room smelt horrible almost like a musty mouldy smell as if they were carpet cleaning but didn't fully try. The photos and the rooms are not the same

I think when they remodeled the property they did it cheaply. The floor didn't seem glued down very well, and the light come down out of the ceiling hanging by the wires. Called the front desk and maintenance was there within 1/2 hour and repaired it. It looks great but you can see the cheapness of the remodel. The train hardly bothered us.

Centrally located near downtown venues and restaurants. Davenport Hotel across the street was fun for a drink. 10 minute walk to riverfront. Pretty nice renovation of former motel. Good parking. Great bed.

Not a Hotel! This is a motel. Sink wouldn't drain and some black sludge came up. Free breakfast is totally misleading. Its one per room per day. Internet is intermittent. Be prepared to set up your own wifi hotspot. Noisy. Great location though! Nice staff!
