My mom and I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Spokane Downtown. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. The entire hotel—from the lobby and hallways to the kitchen area and our room—was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, which we really appreciated. The bedding and towels were soft, high-quality, and exceeded our expectations. We also loved the large TV in our room—it was easy to use and made our night in even more enjoyable. Having 24-hour access to coffee and tea was a great touch, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is another plus—just a short walk from downtown Spokane and close to all our favorite restaurants and venues. Overall, our experience made us feel special and completely comfortable. We will definitely be returning for another staycation in the future!

Close to everything. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast consisting of eggs, sausages or bacon, cereal and fruit. Coffee and tea all day long. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean. Shannon was the manager when we were there and she was so helpful.
