when I stayed overnight in August 2025.The pet charge was 20,now 30. no coffee maker in the room this visit front desk said there was 24 7 coffee and hot water in lobby but if we preferred they would bring one to the room they did The next morning called front desk to get a couple more towels and coffee 2hrs later we checked out never getting extra towels or coffee

The staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfy. If you are looking for something basic and a little cheaper, this hotel is perfect. It is very out dated and lacking most of the upgrades you would find in most hotels. The elevator only fits two people with bags and the bathroom looks like it hadn’t been remodeled in 30+ years. We were only coming here to sleep and sleep through the buffet so it was perfect.

JUST NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE... Rooms are ok, staff friendly. NO coffee maker or microwave. JACUZZI WAS BROKE. NO HOMEMADE COOKIES. THE FIRE PITS WEREN'T LIT OUTSIDE. They definitely need to check their rooms for proper cleaning. The staff is friendly but the attention to detail of how clean a room is lacking a lot. Soap all over the bottles in the shower. Spots all over the bathroom floor. Weird bug looking things behind the toilet. All the flat surfaces needed to be wiped down and the duvet had some dry crud on it. Took 32 min to get a cesar salad from the bar/ lounge place It’s an airport hotel so don’t expect it to be quite as ppl are coming and going 24/7
