Room was perfect for two adults and a teen, but definitely much smaller than expected. However, it was nice having a kitchen with a full fridge/freezer as we stayed 3 nights and it helped us save a little money. The front desk wasnt very friendly with checking us in. Literally zero customer service, but the person who greeted us as we came and left the days following was very kind. The shower had horrible water pressure, even the teen mentioned it and its not something he'd usually comment on. The hide-a-bed was also really uncomfortable, so he opted to sleep on it as a couch instead. The main room's bed was really cozy though! The free breakfast was nice, but not very many options. Basically oatmeal with limited toppings, potatoes, a meat option (pork sausage), eggs in either scrambled or "cheese omelet" form that wasn't the best and some waffle makers. Only had bananas and apples as fruit, a little yogurt and then your basic bread options for toast and bagels. Based on pics I saw, I expected more variety but it was free and nice to be included with our room. The location was great too! A 20 min walk to the Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle area. I'd stay again despite the areas that could use a little improvement.

The rooms were nice - it was slightly confusing checking in late as they share lobbies with the Even hotel next door. Didn’t know for sure where to go for the parking garage and parking prices weren’t listed clearly on the website. In fact I was under the impression (not sure why) that there was free parking. There is not. Unless you find overnight free street parking that may or may not be the best idea. Breakfast was good -crowded and felt a bit disjointed as the different food sections were in different areas so if you wanted bagels they were in a different room from where you get the cream cheese. And with so many people it felt a bit overwhelming.

Great room

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious. We had two rooms and in one of the rooms the air conditioning wasn’t working. Thankfully, the front desk moved us into a new room so there was no issue. The hotel had many cruise guests and they were not exactly courteous to others. They were blocking the breakfast area with their luggage as they waited for transportation. I believe this is where the hotel staff told them to wait but there were way too many people and luggage for the space provided. This was annoying as we tried to navigate through the luggage and people chatting to get to the breakfast line. The breakfast was very unimpressive, I would just skip it if I were you! The elevators were a long wait in the morning, it took almost 15 minutes to get back upstairs from breakfast area. The parking garage is extremely tight. Upon exiting we were forced to wait as the cruise patrons were loading their transfer vehicles at the exit to the parking garage. The hotel needs to work on managing a space for the cruise patrons and regular hotel guests. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to this inconvenience.
