After working all night, the service provided at check in at 6:30 AM, upon actually returning to check in to use my room for the 5 hours left in the booking involved 3 elevator rides to have the agent show me that the door handle lever had been installed upside down, and needed to be pushed up. The agent was beyond rude, and condescending, that is not a normal door operation, furthermore if they new of the loss poor install job, why make me return to the desk 3 times for a broken key....

Had bedrooms. One had to have the dirty sheets exchanged for a clean set. Carpets both could have been generally cleaner and there were obvious problems that repairs did not cover. Only one fork to use. Dishes appeared clean.

The property is nice, not perfect, but it is clean and comfortable. My husband and I have stayed here 4 times if that tells you anything... the value is right for the price and location is easy enough. The walls are a bit thin, but the rooms are large so this helps a bit. There is a kitchen area with dishes, a dishwasher, 2 burner stove, and so on. The beds are comfortable and it is always clean. Free parking which is great and easy access to I-90, I405 and so on.

Rooms need updating with thicker walls and floors

Pros: Staff was nice beside the night being horrible and breakfast was as expected
Cons: Listed above
Location: Close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants
Checking in was great. Staff was nice and very pleasant. Lobby was beautiful so we were excited to see our room. We were very disappointed. The room was very outdated, we had mold in the bathroom and because there was no fan in the bathroom the paint and trim were coming off. The night got even worse when we called the front desk twice both times being after 10:00 pm asking them to have the room upstairs be quiet. Non the less we did not get sleep. We turned up the loud air conditioner just to help drown out some of the noise. Beds were horrible as well. We not be booking at this hotel again.

We will be back

Pros: It was just like having a studio appartment and not a motel room. Clean, quiet, well stocked and super staff.
Cons: Not much.
Location: Close eats are Outback, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Baskin Roberts and a Korean Bar-B-Q that my fussy eating wife loved and can't wait to return.
I booked Larkspur Landing Bellevue because of the price and quick access the Ball Parks where we had a trade show. It was only 11 miles away, looked good on the web and was affordable. We did not make a mistake. Not 5 Starr fancy but very comfortable with a pet floor. We get there and learn ALL the rooms are extended stay with a full size fridge with an ice maker, stove, microwave, sink and even a garbage disposal and dish washer. There is a toaster and all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans along with dishes for two. So why do we even want to drive home. Hehehe There is also a large flat screen TV with a DVD player, a super comfortable bed and even a free laundry room. All you need is laundry soap. The dishwasher soap and dish soap is supplied. Normally when we travel we never find a shower that is as good as ours at home. This one is. They also have under the hotel parking for quite a few vehicles and an adequate free breakfast. No matter what time we came or went there were free oranges and bananas for the taking. There are a couple of computers and printers right next to an are where you can get microwave meals, snacks and the little stuff you forgot to pack. We will Be back as soon as we can get back to Seattle.

Not what was promised

This hotel had really great reviews but when I arrived, I was put in a dark and beat-up hotel room that in no way resembled the photos posted on Travelocity. The kitchen was dated. The door jamb was falling apart. My window was completely occluded behind the entry. Overnight there was music playing in the lobby /entry that played all night so I couldn't sleep. The front desk staff didn't know how to turn it off. I asked to Ben over to another room and the hotel could not accommodate my request. Then I asked to be released from my 2nd night's reservation and the hotel refused even though Travelocity also called the hotel and asked them to accommodate my request. The bathroom was grungy. The fridge ran all night. Needs a facelift and deep clean I would never stay here again.
