Mostly the building and rooms look poorly maintained and the other guest were loud and somewhat. Sound last can be heard through the walls. Carpet seemed quite dirty. Front Desk staff was very friendly though.

The restaurant attached to the hotel served me raw fish. The batter was still wet and I sent it back. Instead of refunding me I got a 10% discount. Talk about low quality, low standards and bad customer service not to mention the fact they are going to kill someone. How does this place survive?

I like this please for the location and price, is cheap compared with the prices for the area. This is my second year staying at the hotel, and this time the room was in bad conditions, one of the lamps didn't work so it was dark all the time. The elevator was noisy, and the common areas need maintenance. However, the staff is nice and kind and always available to help.

We got one of the rooms facing the pool, which was outside of the building. The room was so outdated, the TV was old and remote was not working properly. Our friends had a room on the inside of the building just a couple doors down and it was a newer room, and they paid almost $100 less than we did. The service was not the best, the front desk gal was never there until you stood at the desk for a few minutes, then she would come out. I should have asked to see the room first, had I known it was going to be really old and outside of the main building, I would have requested a refund. It was really close to a lot of things which was really the only perk. I wouldn't stay here again though.

Hotel 116 was a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. I slept well, enjoyed the breakfast, and felt very welcome. I’d definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff but the smell in the room from old carpet is not pleasant not all rooms are updated the mattress frame sucks and is unsteady so it feels like a water bed we traveled with family and had a total of 3 rooms all with the same issues, overall would not recommend deff not worth it for the price
