I stayed in a room where I developed insect bites. The hotel management was very rude and conducted and official bug inspection after a week of me moving out of the room. Eventually they said they don't trust me, although I had complete photo documentation and doctor's report.
I felt cheated and humiliated.

This extended stay hotel has small rooms with a kitchen crammed in the space. Tolerable for a weekend, but I would not want to stay long.
The staff is poorly trained and inefficient. For example, the front desk never has a current list of rooms clean and ready to be assigned to guests. Instead, after all rooms have been cleaned, the housekeeping supervisor walks to the office and gives a list to the front desk staff. This event might happen at the 3 p.m. check in time or might be later. The result is a huge line there starting at 3 p.m and extending to whenever.

There were no stoppers in either the kitchen or bathroom sink. The curtains were missing hooks or just not hung properly. The property was clean; no complaints there. However, it would have been helpful if I'd had any idea they did not place drinking glasses in the room.
