My opinion

Problem with elevator. Wouldn’t close properly. Had to try another elevator. Toilets were way too low for a 6’3” person… even my 5’3” wife. The duvet on beds were too warm and the pillows were too firm. The dining room staff were very nice. Still this hotel was good for the price

1. Pee smell in the bathrooms. When we complained about it, they sprayed tons of strong room freshener to overwhelm the smell. 2. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was wiggly and possibly leaking into the floor, potentially causing the pee smell. 3. The hooks to hang clothes in the bathrooms were broken. 4. We left our plates and utensils outside our room after dinner. They were still there 48 hours later when we were checking out. 5. Restaurant staff is absolutely amazing and take care of your really well, with a smile on their faces.

Could have been better

The phone wasn’t working in our room. We kept getting calls with no one on the other side. We had to just unplug the phone from the wall as the calls were coming in at all times of the day/night. We also had security knock on the door at 12:30 am. The bed was very firm and the pillows flat.
