Fantastic, friendly, and courteous staff. In room coffeemaker, microwave, and tiny fridge and signage in room signage said plates and such available at front desk. Climate Pledge arena is such a short walk. Lots of restaurants in area. Room was clean. Only complaint is pillows were lumpy and mattress not firm so my 136 lb body just sinks in and not supported.

The front desk staff was friendly and the check in quicker than expected since we arrived well before check in. Ran into some cleaning staff on our way to the room and they were very friendly as well. Room was well appointed. Liked the amenities and the little touches throughout the stay.
