Fantastic, friendly, and courteous staff. In room coffeemaker, microwave, and tiny fridge and signage in room signage said plates and such available at front desk. Climate Pledge arena is such a short walk. Lots of restaurants in area. Room was clean. Only complaint is pillows were lumpy and mattress not firm so my 136 lb body just sinks in and not supported.

This is a cute, updated boutique hotel! Location is convenient, especially if you are attending an event at the Climate Pledge Arena or going to the Space Needle. Front desk and staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Excellent area to stay- although there is a charge for parking, the proximity to the museums, monorail, public transportation and excellent variety of dining options makes it so you really don’t need your car at all. Staff is extremely efficient and helpful. We were allowed to park our car (and check in!) about 2 hours before check in time, so we did not have to pay for any parking anywhere else. Check out their roof top patio! I wish we had known about it in the evening, the views would have been breath taking at night.

Conveniently located to the Climate Pledge Arena, restaurants and markets in all within walking distance. Dept that handles hotel messages need improvement. Hotel staff at check in were amazing. Rooms are decent but bathrooms have been renovated. The parking garage is underground and at check in time, the garage was packed. Spaces are tight. There’s an attendant at the bottom that assisted with parking which was nice. Price of room very fair given the location. Would stay there again but will upgrade room.

The beds were not comfy and felt old, noisy and lumpy. There was no parking in their garage due to a high volume of concert guests so we had to find an overnight lot which was a bit of a nuisance. Lastly, it was not a super quiet hotel. Can hear the hallway conversations, etc. take earplugs
