It’s about five minutes away from the university of Washington north Seattle medical center. And a huge thumbs up to the overnight front desk hero who held our room for us after we had a significant delay in our arrival.

Worst staff. Rude. Not ADA acceptable for getting to 4th floor after 7pm. They lock doors even with key card. Anna was rude and very disrespectful to me. Room is NOT AS DESCRIBED OR PICTURED. I’m a best western premier member and this is NOT HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. WORST BEST WESTERN FROM CHECK IN TO GOING BACK TO FROM OFFICE TWICE

Lovely staff, easy check in and out, funky decor, nice vibe. On the downside, parking spots in front are too narrow, but biggest setback is that our room faced Northgate Way and the incessant traffic noise from that road and the nearby I-5 made it really hard to get a good night's sleep. A room on the other side might have helped. Woke up at various times to sirens, loud trucks, motorcycles. Convenient location, though. Just gotta do something about the street noise levels in the room.

This hotel does not look like the website. Sketchy location, felt unsafe, bad parking, loud freeway noise. I do not recommend.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. Amenities include free breakfast and onsite washer and dryer. A very nice place, reasonably priced.
