Buyer beware: This facility appears to be very nice. Unfortunately, the code I was given only worked on the exterior door, not my room door. I was unable to enter my assigned room. I did call and was told I had the correct code. I continued trying it, to no avail and finally left. Because of the no refunds policy, I was still charged for the room. Surprisingly, I was also charged the cleaning fee, even though I was never able to enter the room. Also, in a final message exchange with management, I was told that they could have remotely opened the door for me. I do not understand why that did not happen while I was standing there struggling with it.

room was clean. Needs a little attention to fixing some minor issues like painting, no plant in the hanging plant holder. Again just minor! Walls are fairly thin so you hear other guests. All in all it was very convinient to our daughters place. Local area is amazing with many food/convinience establishments!

The room was cozy and clean, safe and walkable area of Ballard. Very communicative and easy to get in and check out. Nice to have the mini fridge and small kitchenette in the room. They give you ear plugs since it is a shared building with other suites, which was a nice touch. Everything I needed for a quick stay.

The room was clean but not functional in terms of the range and microwave. There is a clearly known electrical issue which has not been addressed so I would not plan on having that work if you plan to stay here. I worry that it could be a fire hazard. Fortunately there was a functional full kitchen on the first level so I was able to heat up my food. The plant in the room was half dead due to lack of water. The parking is not a great situation but not terrible either.

A clean, comfortable efficiency suite in a quiet neighborhood. Host provided comprehensive guide to all need to know such as WiFi, entry instructions, laundry and such. Dryer came in handy after being caught in Seattle rain. My second stay here and will return again!
