Property was good but the room air conditioner never went down to 79 degrees and it was too hot. The maintenance person went to fix it, then left and was not fixed and the administration didn’t do anything to fix it.

Very close to space needle, a grocery store and monorail. Walkable to the beach and downtown too. Cute little bar with food just a 1/2 block away that is family friendly.

Great location, but expensive for average hotel
Excellent, informative, and attentive staff which is the best justification for the cost. We paid almost $500 for a double room suite for one night before boarding an Alaskan cruise. The property is dated, and our room was worn out. The breakfast was basic and checked off a box but could be greatly improved. The location was exceptional and walking from the hotel to Space Needle and back at almost midnight with my two boys was a huge advantage. I also needed a good Mexican restaurant, BofA ATM, and grocery store and all are within walking distance.
