Tried to contact property by phone before check in to inquire about something, the phone rang & rang then eventually disconnected me; this happened multiple times. Upon arrival went to ask front desk person my inquiry & she was cordial, then directed my to the kiosk check in. No information provided about amenities, breakfast upon check in by front desk person or kiosk. Only one working elevator so a long wait to get up to the room. Room was clean upon arrival. Complimentary waters are Kirkland brand, two provided. I scanned QR code which said I could correspond with the front desk that way & no response to three questions via text. Eventually just called front desk using in room phone to inquire; receptionist answered all questions. Robes and slippers are available upon request. Cafe downstairs does not have a happy hour as stated on Google, but does offer a 10% discount for hotel guests. Our room faced the library & that's a very busy, noisy street. Was provided with one set of ear plugs, which were used due to noise on the street. Plenty of pillows, tissues, and towels. Breakfast package was fantastic, highly recommend; that's also at the cafe downstairs. Good location & close transportation. Overall a good stay for a fair price.

The bathroom was very small and toilet positioning was very uncomfortable. The shower did not drain. The room did not have a fan of any sort and I was hot most nights. Would love to stay again but maybe a different room

I checked into this hotel Oct 30th. My first issue with this hotel was that myself and 2 friends all got seperate of the same rooms but all the rooms were different sizes. Can get into that later. The reason for this email is regrading the night Halloween. My friends and I came back at approximately 2 ish am . I came off on my floor (7) and they went up to theres. As soon as I got off the elevator there were a group of girls asking me where my room was because they believed that someone was be trafficked on my floor. I lied and told them my boyfriend was sleeping and went back in the elevator in fear that this could be a trap. My friends came back down with me and we decided to call the cops and tried callin the front desk repeatedly and no answered. The cops said they can get someone out but it might be awhile. There is more to this story but no more space so I will call or send a email

A/C in room would not cool down the room. Ask several times but no one ever came to fix it. Stayed there 4 nights. Also only one elevator worked and it was extremely slow. Needs quite a bit of updating to improve.

There is a little to no contact with anyone from this hotel. When you check in, you can either do it online or there’s a kiosk in the lobby? There is always someone at the front desk, but they push for you to use the kiosk. Only issue with the hotel was the shower took a while to get warm and then when it got warm, it was very hot. Rooms are clean, however, there are some maintenance issues I noticed within the hotel that could’ve given an extra star rating.
