It met our basic need requirements. It’s not the kind of hotel where I would choose for a luxuriously relaxing experience, but I only needed the room for a place to sleep. For the price, the location is the selling point. It was walking distance for all of the major tourist spots and also along plenty of the major bus routes to get wherever you need to go.

Toilet clogged multiple times. Had to call maintenance and never got in touch. Had to call front desk and I needed to follow up multiple times despite the front telling me that they will send someone immediately. Basic hotel cleaning was an additional cost. Bathroom layout was horrible and the plumbing for the toilet looked like it was made with scraps from the discount pile of pipes from Home Depot. Shower had no door so water sprayed all over the restroom. No amenities and minimal to no service.

Rooms are small, the air/heater unit in room is from the 90’s and didn’t work, window doesn’t open. So plan for room to get steamy and musty after a shower due to it being a closed box. Location is great 10 min walk to pike place. Not very handicap accessible as the elevator to room is only accessible by stairs.

Should offer room cleaning, not for $40. At least empty trash bins and provide new towels and take old ones. Staff was excellent. Parking should be way more affordable too. Thank you for the free waters everyday.
