My biggest issue with this facility was that the rooms were dirty, as if they only thing they do is vacuum the floor and change the bed linen. There was caked up dirt everywhere.

Would stay again

Very friendly desk staff but be prepared to use self check-in and self checkout kiosks. Room was kind of interior with back B of building views but configuration added sound proofing from street noise. Good shower and newly refurbished room. Great location for walking Seattle.

Do not stay here

It started bad and only got worse… called the day before since I had gotten a text with a link asking for ID and card info. It was legit, but was also told I didn’t have a reservation. The gentleman insisted I just show up anyway! He did finally find it. English was his second language and there was clearly a lot of miscommunication. He also told me parking was free. Arrived the next day… there is NO PARKING. Unless you do valet for $54. I parked a block away for $45. Now the room… 2 standard beds crammed into a room with no space to do anything. No desk, no chair, literally 2 beds crammed in a tiny room. Bathroom was dirty, door didn’t shut, light is outside the bathroom. AC didn’t work, you can hear every word your neighbors said and they weren’t yelling. TV didn’t work and when I asked for help no one showed up. There’s no vending machines and ice is located only on 5th/7th floors. This was a family trio for my daughter’s 13th bday to see her favorite artist in concert. This room cost over $400 a night and I’ve stayed in nicer on Fremont for $400 a week!!!
