The lady at the front desk during our check in as well as during a prior phone call regarding stopping outside hotel was unfriendly bordering g on rude. Everyone else at the hotel was polite, helpful and friendly. Bathroom is very tight.

Very friendly staff. Check in was awesome; our room was ready early. Much appreciated. Be aware that the room is VERY small for two people. No bathroom vent so the room was very steamy after two showers. Excellent location. Excellent and economical breakfast at the YWCA at 5th and Seneca.

We took the light rail from the airport to the hotel. It was raining when we arrived. I called the hotel and they sent an individual with an umbrella to accompany us from the light rail station to the hotel. Awesome!

Thank you for the feedback. I am so glad the staff was friendly. We do our busy to schedule so that guests receive attentive service without over taxing the staff. Volume can be a bit irregular, however, and sometimes we miss the mark. Thank you for letting us know so that we can address staffing levels going forward.

I am sorry that you had this experience. We do our very best not to turn people away. Occasionally, something happens to make us oversold (like a leak in a room that cannot be fixed). If you had a reservation and we could not accommodate you, we understand that is VERY upsetting. We do everything we can to help you find alternative accommodations and to compensate you for the inconvenience. It is something that every hotel has to do occasionally.
