This place is absolutely disgusting the entire hotel smells bad and is very dirty and not well maintained with stains all over the carpets and walls. Photos online of this hotel are very deceiving our room looked nothing like what’s posted online was very disappointed in everything when it comes to this hotel. My wife and I will never return to this place and no one should ever stay here. The only thing that could save this hotel is to burn it down and renovate.

Poor communication, and lack of customer service

Be aware, this is not your typical downtown hotel. Communication was poor from the start—they never responded to my calls or emails, unlike the other hotels I booked. On arrival, there were no staff present. We struggled with the kiosk check-in, called the number with no answer, and finally found a valet who couldn’t help. After waiting another 10 minutes, the front desk attendant finally arrived, but was dismissive and unprofessional. When my partner voiced concern about the long wait and lack of communication, the attendant responded rudely, saying, “That’s how it is in America.” At that point, we canceled our stay.
