One of the elevators was out so catching the working one took forever. Also, did not get notified our rooms were ready until after 5 pm when I physically went there to find out why our rooms still were not ready. Positive note the front staff and rooms were nice.

This place has no service!! IT WAS VERY ANNOYING! They have moved to digital everything so there's very few staff, no room cleaning unless you want to pay $40 either! Check in is done digitally on a machine when you get there or online, they send texts checking in on you, probably cause there's no staff (which isn't helpful to international people who can't receive them, it's lucky I had a US number through google voice). Even the restaurant attached is digital everything! We tried to eat there and gave up as there was no staff, no service and no clean tables. I didn't think service was a big deal until I had none, so this was a wakeup call to me on how important hotel staff and having humans around are! Our toilet got blocked too and an hour after calling they just handed us a plunger which we didn't know how to use...they said they were swamped...probably because there's not enough staff! The fire alarm also went off in the middle of the night as a false alarm. I booked this place cause it was the cheapest in the downtown Seattle area and now I know why, cause there's not staff! and even then, it was still way too expensive considering they don't have anyone to pay...where is the money going? The only good thing I have to say is that the beds were comfortable and the location was pretty good..though it's on a hill so get ready to work those leg muscles!

Room walks are very thin so if your neighbors are talking loudly, you can hear every word. Nearly got locked in the bathroom cause the door sticks bad!

Overall, an OK stay. We got a bigger room (sleeps 4) and the 2nd bathroom in our room had a shower that didn’t work at all. The separate rooms had no doors, so it was slightly awkward for privacy. Helpful staff for check-in. Parking was inconvenient, as it was not at the same location as the hotel. Walkable location. Great coffee shop and bar/restaurant attached to the hotel.

We had a great stay at the Executive Hotel Pacific! From the moment we checked-in the staff member was very friendly and attentive. Check in process was quick and efficient. Prior to arriving I was worried as many reviews spoke about how small the room/washrooms were but the room was the perfect size for us and it was a comfortable stay with a comfy bed and lots of pillows. If we had any issues or any questions we could send them a text and receive a prompt response and help. The location of the hotel was perfect and central to all our plans. Great hotel!

Great location close to bars, restaurants, Pike’s Place, the pier and the ballpark! The complimentary breakfast was from a small cafe restaurant next door and it was excellent!!

Parking is difficult to start. Then, you are met with a no-customer service greeting and told to check in at a kiosk, while there is someone sitting at the front desk. When I didn't see my room number and made a complaint, the front desk clerk "Issy" or something said "You don't have to stay here! I can just give you your money back". Honestly, this woman has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced at a hotel and if I were running the hotel, she would either be doing laundry or fired.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The common areas were comfortable and the clientele during our stay were warm and genuine. The location was excellent- close to the train station, piers, walking distance to China town as well. We were able to stop by a nearby Target for some cheap snacks as well. Only one elevator was working during our stay so wait times were a bit long but manageable.

Great price, comfortable

This was our second time staying here. The rooms are a bit small but clean and the bed was comfy, there was also nice pillows. The restaurant attached was great and open late after the baseball game.
