Nice stay at a lovely hotel

Lovely room! Top floor had great views. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is in the restaurant and order off menu and pay like regular. No discount for being hotel guest. That could be nice to implement. Directly across the street from Ruth Chris which is one of the reasons why we chose it.

Great hospitality

Great location at a great price. I liked the fact that Pike Place was not too far and it was closed to the train station. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and attentive. Will stay here again next time I’m in Seattle.

After checking in and getting to our room, we realized this wasn't the room we booked 6 months in advance for our anniversary and a concert nearby. Hotel staff informed us, the room we booked 6 months in advance wasn't available and the hotel was full due to the influx of travelers for the Mariners ALCS # 3 game. How nice that the hotel sold the room we booked 6 months in advance, to another customer for a higher price. A visit to our room with a box of nuts and water by 2 staff members didn't help. Comping the parking was... eh. Don't book in advance here.
