It was a great hotel with friendly staff and a great location in the city. The rooms were clean, a great view, it was nice. However, the hotel room was so dry. Perhaps it was the heater but when my wife and I woke up every morning our throat was incredibly dry, it impacted my health when it came to my sinuses. Other than the dry quality in the air, it was good.

Welcoming staff. Lovey upgrade and small gift for our anniversary. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Club lounge meant free breakfast (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal and a selection of snacks in the evening as well as water and soft drink all day until 8pm. Great location.

We came to town for a show on New Year’s Eve. It’s a great location we took the monorail to Seattle center and Ubered back. The staff were delightful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Even though we were on the 28th floor the road noise was really loud so I suggest bringing earplugs. I think this will be my go to hotel from now on. It’s a great place for the price.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay for a babymoon getaway and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a top-floor room with Executive Lounge access after mentioning the special occasion ahead of time. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge access, includes complimentary breakfast, which made the stay feel extra relaxing since we can sleep a bit longer. Everything felt well thought out, and we truly enjoyed the overall experience. Overall, it was a memorable and restful stay, and we would happily return.
