Horribly rude staff across the board, as a nonsmoker was charged a smoking fee because room service didn’t get a tip. After horrible service so I’m not sure where the expectation was. Do a bad job get a bad tip. Hope that fee goes straight to her pocket, maybe she’ll be more professional.

Overall, the stay was fine. Only issues was the person that checked me in was rude and didn't tell anything about what the hotel offered. And there was food in the mini fridge from the pervious guest and hair on the edge of the tub.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The room itself was large. The fitness center was small but had everything necessary. The only thing preventing a five star rating was the noise from the auto heater and a cushioned chair that needs a special cleaning or disposal.
