Sleepless in Seattle

Pros: The front desk staff was amazing.
Cons: The wait staff in the bar/restaurant at the lobby were less than stellar.
Location: Heart of downtown, wonderful location. Walk to Ferry's, Centurylink field, restaurants and amenities.
The room was lovely, small but lovely, until you tried to sleep. The room was terribly hot and would not cool off. There was only lukewarm water to shower in. It's like the shut off the room from all of the important things like hot water and comfortable temperatures. I would not stay again. I love Hilton properties but I'll stay at the Arctic Club next time I'm in Seattle, which is where I usually stay.

Good staff but

Stayed 3 nights here, staff was very nice. Parking is ridiculous though. Parking on the street in Seattle is free on holidays and Sunday's or after 8pm. Good location but view is surrounded by other taller buildings.

Perfect location for a downtown stay!

Perfect location for a drive free stay. Restaurants and entertainment all so close! Staff was courteous and helpful.

Awful

Pros: none
Cons: Noisy, no breakfast or coffee
There was mildew in the bathroom grout & cracks in the floor & bathtub. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Disgusting view from windows. Overpriced and pretty disgusting especially compared to other Hilton's I've stayed at in the past. I will not stay there again when I return to Seattle.

The hotel is over price and service was moderate.

Rooms were old looking. Carpet smells and wallpapers were coming off.

Fairly expensive for one night, but no complaints.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet, no free parking
They charge you for parking and it's fairly expensive, but it's close to a number of good restaurants and not far from the waterfront. Just about everything is walkable, including getting to the light rail station which will take you to the airport.

Mixed experience

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
The hotel is well located with easily accessible self-parking. The rooms could use a face-lift, but were just fine and relatively standard. We did have one significant complaint which was that the room fan repeatedly and noisily turned on and off. Maintenance personnel attempted unsuccessfully to fix this problem by disconnecting the fan. This was disruptive and interfered with sleeping. While hotel staff were very helpful and responsive, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired.

Conveniently located.

Pros: Close restaurants
We stayed at this hotel because we need to stay in downtown Seattle. The hotel is conveniently located and is cozy. I like the fitness room in the first floor as well.
