We came to town for a show on New Year’s Eve. It’s a great location we took the monorail to Seattle center and Ubered back. The staff were delightful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Even though we were on the 28th floor the road noise was really loud so I suggest bringing earplugs. I think this will be my go to hotel from now on. It’s a great place for the price.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay for a babymoon getaway and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a top-floor room with Executive Lounge access after mentioning the special occasion ahead of time. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge access, includes complimentary breakfast, which made the stay feel extra relaxing since we can sleep a bit longer. Everything felt well thought out, and we truly enjoyed the overall experience. Overall, it was a memorable and restful stay, and we would happily return.

We loved staying here! Didn’t expect to have the “smart” toilet in the hotel. We always bring a portable bidet everywhere but we didn’t have to use it this time. So that was amazing! The staff is friendly. The room and the overall hotel area is clean. There is a small store inside the hotel where you can buy snacks so it’s very convenient. Our only inconvenience was that the hotel couldn’t offer parking pass for the parking area next to the hotel. Be careful that they charge $56 for 10 hours up! But you can park on the street, we were hoping we knew about this fee before parking in that building. But other than that, staying here is very recommended!
